Applying for an AED grant for your school is simple. Just complete the short Google Form to share some basic information about your school and why an AED is needed. No lengthy paperwork required. This quick step helps us understand your needs and start the review process.
The Play Safe Fund currently accepts applications on a rolling basis from high school athletic departments located in selected states (see form below). We are excited about the possibility of expanding to include more states in the future.
